History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Cook. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
