Hugh Ryland, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is typically in his Laborer uniform. His golden hair is knotted and matted. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Gifted from a young age, Hugh studied abroad. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Hugh took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greatsword and armor he uses now. He became a Laborer soon after.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Laborer responsibilities is difficult; and a rival would like him out of the picture
Ideals: Gifted. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Job, Criminal record, Nature. Occupation: Laborer

Heward Kelsey, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a tight fitting grey shirt and pants. He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Heward is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
Ideals: Opinionated, Justice. Flaws: Disease, Insomniac. Bonds: Poor. Occupation: Brewer
Voice: Sounds elderly
