History: He got into the Carpenter business at a young age. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Roland was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Roland's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.
