Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Manfred is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

History: Born to a Sage, his mother struggled to pay the bills. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Manfred speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
