History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Manfred was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Manfred's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He dresses well, wearing tan shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Tim is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service.
