History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Bernard was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to drow.

Description: He stands about 6'5" and wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Cartwright kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears suspenders and grey workpants. His shirt is red, and he wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. His long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Ruler mother left him crippled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Hugh was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
