Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Percival isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born in the north to a Dilettante, Percival learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
