His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Jocelyn will drive conversation. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jocelyn grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now mingles about in high society.
