Description: This man stands a little under 5'6" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a yellow shirt, with a brown mid length shorts with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His blonde hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.
