Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Manfred was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
