Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is obsessed with his god.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He became a Performer soon after.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: This man wears yellow painted combat armor at almost all times, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Gilbert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
