Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is dressed in earthy colors with a black and grey handkerchief worn on his left side. His white hair is braided into rings. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Randal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Weaver work with an outfit from a few towns over. Weaver work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears dull yellow sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed monstrous two handed axe, just in case. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he is wearing a long, grey cloak. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Money/treasure.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Apothecary. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: This late middle aged man wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with white lining and desert motifs and is in decent physical shape. His chestnut hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.
History: Gerald was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He bought a shield and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it
