History: Gilbert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Gilbert took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up whip and armor he uses now. He's also a talented Body Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. A true patriot, Roger would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Roger never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and human compassion

History: Born in the south to a Herbalist, Kody learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Herbalist work with an outfit from a few towns over. Herbalist work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and balancing his hectic life and new herbalist responsibilities is difficult

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
