Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Through the years after Ernest was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ernest's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He keeps his blonde hair in a pixie cut. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and retire the richest man in the west

Description: This man wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a shortbow on his belt. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His chestnut hair is lengthy. He has green eyes and a red hat with a pastel feather.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cook. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cook responsibilities is difficult.

Description: He is lean but muscular and is well dressed, constantly wearing a tan suit, white shirt, and red tie. His black hair is heavily combed to the left. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Anthony was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Anthony was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
