He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. After months of barely getting by, Arnold managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
