History: He comes from a rich western family. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Thomas's homeland. Thomas decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'6" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He prefers to wear flannel. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Gunter was born the youngest of three triplets. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Doctor who has hired him part-time. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Simon liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has a crush on the local architect
