History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. After coming to the age of reason, Arnold took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
