Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Assassin who has hired him part-time. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born to a Ruler, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
