Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Roland lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barrister they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Map Maker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born in a small forest village. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he seems to be bored by most things

He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
