History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'10". He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his lance with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Spy arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age his mother died while driving off some gnolls. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in sai use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He married young, but lost his spouse to brigands. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His silver hair and beard is wavy and long. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He got into the Gardener business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Gardener. He has worked as a Gardener like his father before him.
