History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Gerald has worked very hard to control his curse. After a long history of fighting, Gerald and his spouse have recently divorced.

He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy brown hair. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed tan hat.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the west. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Bernard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Interpreter. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Interpreter for hire.

Motivation: He is greedy; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a black vest and prefers yellow and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His auburn hair is heavily combed to the left. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Soapmaker. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Soapmaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he has money and likes to spend it
