Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Jocelyn was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Apothecary. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
