Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's also a talented Layabout, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Layabout again.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a hand crossbow, but if one is not available he will default to his spear. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His first spouse was a Sculptor, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sculptor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Scribe, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a simple black robe with grey stripes complete with hood. He wears his chestnut hair down. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Dyer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he's in love

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears silk and lounges about seductively. His hair is short and white. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.
