Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Conrad grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Conrad. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sage they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bookbinder, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Spice Merchant born in the past three hundred years. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Norman has worked very hard to control his curse. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Spice Merchant for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a scribe again

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: John lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
