Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rolf fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: This man is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born in the east. A gifted student he started as a Guard, but he got bored and became a Servant. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'1". He wears a violet cloak and cross-gartered green stockings. He has wavy white hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.
