Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Roger and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to clean up the streets

Description: This eastern man wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His clothes are grease stained in places. His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. After a long history of fighting, Ernest and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Ernest was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
