Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Doctor who has hired him part-time. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Simon liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has a crush on the local architect

Description: He is well dressed, constantly wearing a blue suit, yellow shirt, and brown tie. He carries with him a set of lances on his belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. He keeps his blonde hair in a flapper bob. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ralf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ralf fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is long and golden with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. The war was a terrible time for him, and Ralf does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After a long history of fighting, Ralf and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and retire the richest man in the north

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Armorer. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has achieved small success as a Armorer.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Armorer responsibilities is difficult; and to be a banker again

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
