Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty pastel coat over it. His hair is long and black with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small pastel clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This man wears a green tunic with grey highlights, and long pastel pants that bunch up around his shoes. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His silver hair is singed and shortened. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He struck the Map Maker job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Gerard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and wants to work out more often

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His hair is brown and curly. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a green cloak and cross-gartered black stockings. His tied-back hair is blonde. His ears are large.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Marshal. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bernard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bernard. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by a spirit.
