Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his quarterstaff with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His white hair is braided into rings. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Roger was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Roger abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Description: He is dressed in earthy colors with a white and grey handkerchief worn on his right side, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'4" when asserting himself. With a patchy brown beard and wild brown hair. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and to be a miner again

Description: He wears violet robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a hand crossbow, but if one is not available he will default to his longsword. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Charles abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Charles was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many gnolls want him driven away

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy silver stubble. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He has a hunchback. His hair is short and silver. His eyes are a pleasant violet.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dustin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dustin. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
