Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Arnold's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Rolf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To be a Bounty Hunter again; and he wants to get laid

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and he's repulsed by the pc
