History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Description: This late middle aged man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition and is in decent physical shape. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bather and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. A true patriot, Alexandre would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. During his travels, Alexandre and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Alexandre discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Alexandre fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Peter was born the youngest of three triplets. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.
