Description: This dark-skinned male dresses well, wearing black shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair is short and white. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Norman was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and revenge

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Crown-heir kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
