History: Ralf lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Layabout they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Mortician, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. After coming to the age of reason, Adelard took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
