Jocelyn Sharps, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, and carries greataxes. He has moderate length brown hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Jocelyn was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jocelyn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and retire the richest man in the east

Henry Yeardley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man stands a little under 6'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He keeps his auburn hair in a flapper bob. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Henry was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and retire the richest man in the east

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Servant but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He was born in a small desert village. Hugh liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week.
