Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is a great chef.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Theobald was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Theobald has worked very hard to control his curse. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Henry enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Henry and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. After a long history of fighting, Kody and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he wants revenge against dire rats
