History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Balimaar has worked very hard to control his curse. History: The child of a Jeweler, who enjoyed hunting, Tim was taken on many hunting expeditions. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
