He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gerald is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bricklayer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
