Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born in the east to a Unemployed, Balimaar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills.
