Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed quarterstaff, just in case. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Don alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of drow

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. Norman enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Norman lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Mayor, but he got bored and became a Farmer. He struck the Farmer job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Engraver born in the past three hundred years. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Odo has worked very hard to control his curse. He has achieved small success as a Engraver.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit men.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush.
