He wears his golden hair down. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He comes from a rich western family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he's looking for his big break

Description: This dark-skinned male tends to wear a white poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His first spouse was a Bounty Hunter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Navigator and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: This eastern man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His clothes are grease stained in places. Sporting a auburn mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Everard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
