Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Randal was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Stableman. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
