Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. The war was a terrible time for him, and Norman does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Norman never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
