Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Balimaar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Norman has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: This tall, slender man dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a red coat with white slacks. His head has been shaved. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Richard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He got into the Navigator business at a young age. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Navigator.
Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
