History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Conrad was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Spice Merchant. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Patrick wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Patrick has worked very hard to control his curse. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He uses divination through singing.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs.

History: Miles lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to unite with his sister
