Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Guard for the past few years.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: Gerald was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many white ritualistic tattoos. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized green coat. He has a long brown beard with little hanging trinkets. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shane fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
