Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has brown hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and to clean up the streets

Description: This younger middle-aged man prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His hair is chestnut and curly. His violet eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Gerard was born with his father's beautiful face. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: He wears baggy violet pantaloons and a pastel scarf, and he perpetually has his flail ready. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This man prefers to wear flannel. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Manfred is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He tends to his Bather job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he wants to get laid

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He has a large yellow mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his white robe. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has wavy auburn hair. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shoemaker for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new shoemaker responsibilities is difficult
