History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gifted student he started as a Shoemaker, but he got bored and became a Interpreter. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Raymond's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
