Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Robert was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Frederick was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in.
