Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. A true patriot, Arnold would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Herbalist arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
