History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. His eyes are blue.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bernard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bernard. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: Bernard is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, and carries flails. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Spice Merchant. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Born in the south to a Spice Merchant, Rolf learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Motivation: To be a Crown-heir again; and he is unsatisfied with his job
